baby eastern sedge frogs
These little frogs would have to be our favourites, partly because they hang around in the day. some are darker than others, I wonder if thats the different sexes. I must consult the frog society. visitors to our blog are welcome to comment, just click below

I think you will find that it has nothing to do with the sex of the frog, they just like to be different. We dont get many sedge frogs here, they are a rarity.
Hi Roy, I just read that sedge frogs have the ability to change colour depending on what they're sitting on. That would explain what's going on with the babies I have in a tank - they definitely change colour as individuals in the course of the day, and now I come to think of it they are green on green leaves and brown on brown stems.
